Cancellation Policy
Securing Your Date: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book. This amount is applied to your final bill. Canceling 14+ Days Out: You only lose your deposit; any remaining balance is waived. Canceling Within 14 Days: Your deposit is kept, and the final balance must still be paid. Rescheduling: You get one free date transfer if you request it at least 14 days before your original date (subject to availability) 📦Delivery Policy: -Within 10 miles --> free / included in package price -11-20 miles --> $35+ -21+ miles: --> 2.50 per mile.
